Education Day Registration

Our 2013 education day will take place on May 30th, 2013.  To ensure that your students get the most from this educational experience we have set an attendance limit.

We have reached our attendance limit for this  year.  If you choose to register, you will be added to our waiting list, and your contact information will be saved and you will be contacted in the fall regarding next year's Education Days.

For reservations for the 2013 event we would ask that you please fill out the reservation form online, or via fax/mail.  Reservations will be made in the order they are received so please book early to guarantee the date you requested.

Registration Information
This reservation is only an estimate of the number of students and adults you expect to be bringing to the festival.  Final numbers will be requested in May 2013, and invoices will be created based on these numbers.  Final payment will be due by cheque at the festival gate when you arrive.
 
Adjustments to this invoiced number, either up or down, will be recorded at the gate and a subsequent invoice or refund cheque will be sent to the school.
